If you place an order for a model before 1pm we will despatch it the same day (Mon-Fri; subject to security checks). If your order is for spare parts the order will be sent within 48 hours Mon - Fri.
Items are sent using first class recorded post or a 24 hour courier. Please note models ordered on Friday will be delivered on Monday. In some rare cases Royal Mail or couriers can be delayed by a day or so but we have found in well over 95% of deliveries they will deliver on time.
Delivery for models in mainland UK is free. For parts orders and export orders delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that during busy periods (like Christmas) some items may take a day or so longer.
2) WORLDWIDE DELIVERY. All items for delivery outside the U.K. are sent by Airmail and are dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. Charges and delivery times vary according to destination which will be calculated at checkout before you make payment.
